This simple Chinese herbal tea is traditionally used to treat eyestrain and dizziness, and can soothe and nourish the eyes. Both chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries can be found in asian grocery stores.
Chrysanthemum and Goji Berry Tea
1 tb chrysanthemum flowers
1 tb goji berries
Combine with 2 cups of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste if you like and enjoy up to 3 cups a day.
